The company is moving towards upgrading systems and making tools available to get projects done more efficiently. It is a unique industry, so it has a great company to grow diverse technical knowledge and skills. Lastly, they reward hard work with individual rewards and quarterly bonuses when business is good.

Things got very busy and there was little focus on employee development and internal processes over the last couple of years. Although, they are currently working on improving this area of the company.

Facility Solutions allows me to engage in an industry I am passionate about while focusing on what really matters in life. The company does their utmost to encourage work life balance by striving for efficiency and rewarding performance.
