There could be potential if management was replaced and a plan put in place to treat all employees fairly.
Cons
Management does not have the proper experience. They are very demeaning to the staff making the work environment very difficult. The benefits are not that great for the cost. Employees with higher seniority of time in receive special treatment even though they are not qualified for their position.
