Facility Solutions has a great small company feel. If you are determined and willing to learn they are more than happy to give you opportunities to grow internally. The company is moving towards upgrading systems and making tools available to get projects done more efficiently. It is a unique industry, so it has a great company to grow diverse technical knowledge and skills. Lastly, they reward hard work with individual rewards and quarterly bonuses when business is good.

Things got very busy and there was little focus on employee development and internal processes over the last couple of years. Although, they are currently working on improving this area of the company.
