      Pros

      Interesting clients and technologies. Opportunity for travel.

      Cons

      Very unfair salary and unfair treatment of staff on 457 visas. Employer only concerned with money, not welfare or long-term prospects of employees. They would even hire people of lesser ability who don't have the right skills just to get commission from the client and were not truthful about career advancement.
