Pros
The benefits are great. Pay is reasonable. Great place to work if management was better (see cons). Good work/life balance. They provide great water to the community. Provides lenient accommodations to the customers, that many take advantage and in the end, the company or landlords are the ones losing or getting deceived.
Cons
Not all CSRs provide a great customer experience. Look at our Google reviews. No repercussions for CSRs due to low performance in which makes it a toxic work environment. Not diverse enough to reflect the customers we serve. Management doesn't seem to listen to the frontline workers' concerns. Play favorites on who gets overt time. It seems like the only way to move up is if someone retires.
