      That I got to get into penetration testing 7nder original management

      Cons

      Everything. The management and peers were disrespectful, borderline racist it felt at times and not fair. Tried to make me feel like I'm not a good tester. No room for progression. There aren't capable people to lead while there was when originally hired. Everything is wrong about this place in the pen testing department.

      Pros

      - Really interesting work and lots of space to develop knowledge about a wide range of countries - Friendly work environment with extremely knowledgeable colleagues - Flexible work locations and somewhat flexible hours

      Cons

      - Can be difficult to balance client and Falanx workloads if working as a seconded analyst - Fairly flat company structure can make progression difficult; plenty of room to work on different topics, but moving up the ladder usually depends on someone else leaving - Management doesn't focus on keeping employees motivated, so talented analysts leave due to limited prospects for pay increases/promotions

      Enjoyable place to work, some great long-term management staff that are fair and trust you to do your job.

      Having to wear so many hats can get tiring.
