Management actively told us to not care too much about customers, try to offer simple fix if they don’t want it just ignore the customer. I felt so bad doing this as I know the customer needed help but they will fire you if you don’t.
Was stable before Covid-19, Paycheck was in time, insurance was paid weekly, 1 week of paid vacation (after the first year).
Cons
They fired people before they can get full benefits or at least the paid week of vacation. No overtime, you are always moving during the same day, no estimulus check
