Pros
Depends on the department, but mostly you can work independently. As long as you deliver within the expected time frame, you're fine. If you are freshie, this is the place to you can gain knowledge and experience.
Cons
No benefits or whatsoever, no bonus no increment. If you close with the management you get to be promoted within short period of time. Some of the managers are micromanage. no work SOP, no planning. Sometimes you have to do work outside from your JD.
