Pros
- if you stay a lot of hours at the office you are the best, doesn't matter if you are doing your job - be the management spy and you'll be rewarded and become a golden boy - if you like animation this is the place to work, all the employees are the minions of the management
Cons
- no WLB - toxic environment - titles that don't reflect the nature of the job - people that "lick" the most are the ones promoted - one time an employee revealed other employees salaries and nothing happened - no appreciation - cheap lying management

Good entry salary if you are good at negotiation
Cons
-You will see the micromanagment in its worst form ever -You have to log every minute of your working day on their system and they keep watching you on the system and using your colleagues to spy on you. -Very toxic enviornment and the management encourges it by forcing his employees to spy on others and punish them if they dont. -Firing people and stealing their retirement money. -Worst Management and HR ever, they will be very nice at your first days then they will show their real faces. - All good employees left the company more than 15 employee including all Team leaders who where the founding team for this company; because of mistretment and the very Toxic enviornment.
