Pros

Nothing I can think of. Maybe just the location. Nice downtown area.

Cons

Everything is terrible. No one there is welcoming. Super shady management. No training. They are ripping off the people who sign up with their so called "campaigns". No room for growth. If you are in sales you will stay in sales. There is no career path. The pay is pathetic. Benefits suck.

Pros

I have nothing good to say about them unfortunately. Their business is a sinking ship and it's no wonder why.

Cons

They pay very much below the market value for salaries at comparable companies. CEO just has rich friends keeping the company afloat.

Pros

On an individual level, there are some truly lovely people who work for this company. These people are engaged, dedicated and creative. Which brings me to the cons...

Cons

...These people usually have their dedication slowly beat out of them. The company lacks BASIC workflow processes and no one in management seems to care enough to create them. Those who have garnered the favouritism from the (very unfriendly) CEO will be given comfy offices and a seat at the table. Everyone else may as well not exist. Even if you want to create your own projects or start new initiatives, you will be shut down by certain members of the company who would rather shoot down new ideas than offer any of their own. Not to mention that the entire business model is completely flawed and possibly unethical. Customer service is the last priority of the company and if you work in any of the front facing jobs of the company (i.e. merchant services, customer service, brand success, etc.), you'll probably be spending most of your time trying to solve problems that could be avoided if management cared about making an actual product, i.e. the platform. Also, HR/leadership send some of the most infuriatingly condescending emails to the entire company. Get some emotional intelligence. Your employees are not children. Overall, company culture has really gone down hill. Employees used to enjoy perks, like Uber rides home, dinner (if they stayed late), lots of snacks and, OH, actual cross-departmental/all-hands meetings. Now it seems that management is too young, inexperienced and incompetent to even schedule company-wide meetings, let alone actually improving and growing the company's business.

Hi, this is Billy and I've taken over as head of HR. As you know, I'm no kid. I have almost 30 years of business experience and make it a point to treat everyone as adults. If you never received severance, need references from us, or never got reimbursed for expenses incurred, please reach out to me. As far as meetings are concerned, please recall that most of your colleagues expressed there were too many meetings that were too time-consuming. Since then, employees have been encouraged to take it upon themselves, when needed, to set up meetings on their own. Feedback from the entire team got us there. Also, feedback asking for a tidier office resulted in the spruced-up decor. Like I said earlier, if I can help in any way, please contact me. Thanks for your efforts and best of luck in your next chapter.
