Great place to meet and network with TMC scientists and entrepreneurs. Great employees, fun people, and interesting projects. A lot of potential.
Cons
Leadership has little to no pre-clinical therapeutics or biotech startup experience, yet constantly claim to be experienced and seasoned. Felt a passive-aggressive management culture with integrity issues. Unscientific and political, disappointing for what is sold as a biotech startup studio. Upper management rationalizes elitist behavior. A rebrand of a previous unsuccessful venture known as AlphaDev.
