- Great team of engineers who really know their stuff. It’s interesting to work with them, and everyone is willing to help you when you’re just starting out at the company. - Good salary, always paid on time. - Fully remote work.
Cons
- Terrible, incompetent management lacking the necessary skills. - Widespread micromanagement combined with a constant simulation of “busy work.” - Leadership doesn’t know how to communicate with employees. There are frequent “misunderstandings” and outright rudeness during conversations. - The company’s priorities are constantly changing, which can lead to recently hired employees being laid off. Entire teams can also be dismissed overnight, without any public explanation given to the remaining staff.
