      Pros

      I was blessed to work at Farbman Group/NAI Farbman for over 9 years. They are very good at taking care of their employees, being community minded, and involving employee families at the holiday's.

      Cons

      At times, as most employers, they can forget about the people and look only at the bottom line. They can jump to conclusions when presented with someone's opinion rather than waiting to learn/discover a truth.
