      Senior employees report to Junior employees and Junior employee assign the task to senior employee. Lots of politics by so called managers. Stay away from this company otherwise they will ruin your life.

      This is the company that hire or prefer it's relative or family member. If you are himachali or family relative of senior management then you can be promoted to director level in just 1 year. If you are not in this then your hard work or dedication does not matter. Reigion bases racism is at peek in this company.
