Pros
Can't say anything totally good about that, sometimes you think yeah that's a good thing about this job, but next second you understand that it depends on owners mood. It's just an OK place to start working in Finland.
Cons
I'd say - none, BUT, it's only if you're a FINNISH CITIZEN, if you are not, well get prepared to be overworking and not be payed for it; If there are four day off because of a holiday, you'll get only two and that's a fortune; some people there just not doing their jobs properly and managers are just don't care about it; salary for a none Finnish people are practicaly the same - Finnish minimal, that's the best you can get. The work is very hard and you not get paid properly, thst's why I haven't seen a lot Finnish there, they just work for a day or two and say bye-bye in some rude finnish style.
