Pros

If you like hostile, toxic, racist, sexist, belittling, and insulting work environments this is the place for you....

Cons

The number of concerns is too extensive to fully capture in a single review. However, I feel compelled to share my experience in order to help others avoid this organization. In my view, this company demonstrates a troubling disregard for federal and state regulations, often treating them as optional rather than mandatory. There appears to be a pattern of cutting corners to reduce costs, while misrepresenting product quality and compliance. Multiple managers have repeatedly raised concerns about the significant regulatory differences between the United States and Europe, yet those concerns have been consistently ignored. There are also serious issues related to product handling and labeling. Ingredients are not always listed in accordance with FDA requirements, and there have been instances where materials that appear to be molded or otherwise unfit have been reused in production. Additionally, products are sometimes packaged without proper regard for accuracy or potential consequences to consumers. The workplace environment raises further concern. It is, at times, hostile and appears to foster retaliation. Reports involving critical issues—such as improper labeling leading to pet health risks or allegations of workplace misconduct—have not been handled appropriately. Employees may face disciplinary action, termination, or verbal hostility for mistakes, misunderstandings, or raising concerns. There have also been instances of inappropriate and discriminatory remarks in the workplace. Training is often insufficient and, in some cases, hindered by language barriers without adequate support systems in place. Responsibility for misunderstandings is frequently placed on new employees rather than addressed constructively. Concerns also extend to leadership and human resources practices, where accountability and professionalism have been inconsistent. High turnover, including significant staff departures within entire departments, reflects broader organizational challenges. For customers, I would advise caution when providing personal information or relying on product labeling and quality assurances. Overall, based on my experience, this has been the most concerning professional environment I have encountered, and I cannot recommend this organization.
