Pros
- workload is managable - even with all the cons, its better than the average corporate experience in indonesia. - team *sometimes* understand if there is blocker or stuffs - software engineering team is pretty solid
Cons
- either you negotiate hard or you get shortchanged hard - is a singapore company, but if you work remote, most likely you wont be going to singapore. they come to your cheaper country instead.
