the management were not always fair, engaged in petty conversation about other departments. the store manager at the time who i believe was relieved of her position, was pitting staff against each other, singled out staff for interviews about their efficiency and made a girl cry for taking sick leave not good enough for her painful period cycles. she said "if all the women took sick days for their periods, we wouldn't have a business to run"
