Amazing people and work environment
Pros
At Farsight I feel welcomed and like I have a good group of people around to support me. We work together and alone, supporting any questions and problems we each might have. Most of us are techy and are developers so we contribute to many different projects and clients needs with the support and growth we get from each other. At Farsight we have a digital office where we meet regularly and can pop in to say high to each other if we are in the "office". This adds so much cohesion to working remotely and is something I really value and respects about the work ethic and ideals of Farsight Digital Solutions.
Cons
We are a small startup and the company at times can feel pushed and high stakes. The good news is that the team is aware of this and are all actively working to give the employees as much freedom as they can to feel safe at work.
