- Good place to learn if you luckily get to work with good seniors. - Colleagues are the only reason to stay; everyone supports each other. - High volume of work means you learn quickly.
Cons
- Hardly any Appreciation: Management hardly values your hard work; only your peers value your effort. - Pay is nowhere near the industry standard for the hours required. - Too much work. Expect Overtime/work during weekends to meet deadlines. - Zero Flexibility: Personal circumstances and remote work requests are ignored. - Management Attitude: A very clear "take it or leave it" culture regarding employee retention.
