People are kind and pleasant, lots of support to answer questions, 30m paid lunch break, work from home with limited availability, medical and dental benefits after 60 days, PTO and 401k after 1year

Pros
This is a large family based company that treats its employees well. They offer health care, dental, 401k match, and flexible work hours. I am very happy here.
Cons
Every place has it's petty complaints. It is work after all not a dream vacation. But I can honestly say I have fewer complaints/issues here than any place I've ever worked and none of them are large enough to list.
