Only good thing about this job is weekly pay
Cons
Too many family members running this business with no continuity. Workers are told to do things one way by one owner then next day another owner will say I dont care do ot my way. Toxic work enviorment. No back ground checks for new store employees and NO training for store personel. They literally will hire anyone who walks in off the street before they walk out the door. Crappy bennefits.
