Pros
Great people who work hard and have fun doing it. Great product that is only getting better Really smart leadership You are treated like a family member vs. employee. If you wish to have new career, this place is good to do it. Off course you shouldn't be lazy and learn hardly, however your colleagues would be happy to give advice for you and can help.
Cons
The merger of Supersonic into lronSource took longer then leadership expected. Take the great culture and vibe of the Sydney office and try and export it to your other offices.
