Owners don't know first thing about how to run a company They monitor everyone and invade your privacy like it's Fort Knox Nearly 10 people quitting within a one-month period should tell you this company has serious issues and you should avoid working there at all costs. Half the company is family, on the company payroll, but has never even done work for the company. You will be thrown under the bus and written up for things you didn't say or do. You will be treated okay at first, then when they find out you have knowledge, you will be used and treated like like trash until they find a way to get rid of you. Their customer service and client retention is very low.

This is a very unorganized small company that you will not want to work for. If you know someone working there, you will be hired immediately. No interview, no HR, no job descriptions, no paperwork, you just come in and do whatever they ask you to do despite what you have applied for. The recruiters exaggerate about their company being technology-oriented and you will be working with professional clients, co-workers but most of the managers there know nothing about what they’re doing. There are around 20 employees and 10 of them are managers. The managers are either the owner’s family members or friends, as long as you’re close to the owner, you will be entitled a manager. You will just need to keep a good relationship with the owner in order to get raises or benefits. If you disobey the owner’s requests, you will be fire without a reason. They don’t have HR, the owner is also HR and they don’t know anything about labor laws or regulations. They’re just there to watch or scold you whenever you do something they don’t like. Please avoid this place at all cost. You will regret working there.
