Colleagues are very nice and friendly the salary was average was a good location to work at. Very convenient

Management needed better organisation not much wiggle room in terms of career progression very strict with scheduling

Ideal job if you want to lose your sanity. Death is a better option than this.

Cons

Fraudulent and corrupt, no pay for one month, unpaid ludicrous training, lied to constantly and never know what to believe, have to pay for vehicle, uniform, fuel, phone and liable for stolen packages. Take out your myriad of expenses and your return is less than 10 dollars per hour for putting up with neanderthal drivers and customers. Work 12 hours a day and if you do not work weekends you will be charged double time for another driver. Makes 7/11 look like a paradise. How they can get away with this in modern Australia is incomprehensible.
