Pros
People are kind and everyone is respected. You will be working remotely. Managers are very helpful and they would go above and beyond to help you and understand your concerns in the regular 121s. The senior management is from Nordics, so there are meetings occasionally in London and company has yearly two off sites which is great.
Cons
Maybe in their off season times, you might not get more than 20hours each week. Personally I don't think of it as a con.
