The staff are friendly and provide a welcoming environment to work in.
Cons
Managers are undertaking too many projects at once, not able to provide proper guidance on any of them. Poorly planned projects which are largely left to freshers to handle and no proper training provided. They hire freshers and expect them to work like people with 2-3 years experience in software industry. Goals and requirements of projects are always shifting. No proper development methodologies followed. Most of the management don't have technical background.
