The entire company is unorganized and never on the same page. They change things constantly and the supervisors never know the correct answers. They do not have a complete understanding across the board. They will tell one they are/are not allowed to do something and then tell someone else something completely different. There are a lot of unqualified people in the position they are currently holding which is why no one ever knows the answer to your question. There is favoritism throughout the workplace and the way they let people go is inhuman and tacky.

To much of a buddy system. Low pay and you perform the work of several different titles. No room for growth or advancement.
