Pros

The office I worked in, the team/colleagues are supportive, friendly, fun, and give the impression they really care about their "customers". The management team in this office (not my direct managers, did not report to these two) were (both have left....) supportive, caring, and passionate about their roles.

Cons

Direct manager was no supportive nor caring. I went through serve medical issues (however was still able to work if given some support and understanding) and this resulted in being let go as I couldn't return to work after 2 days of having 3 seizures in one day. Not only did this impact my health, my mental health and trust in SLTs was diminished. Also, calling candidates customers gives the wrong impression to clients and the individuals directly.

Pros

Many good people and hard working teams

Cons

Disorganisation and conflicting from management level leading to systems that don't work, limited opportunities for career growth, and an unrealistically overworked schedule with meetings and tasks double booked for the same timeslot. Emphasis is placed on mental health, but the workload we are given means we often cannot attend the workshops they emphasise we should attend. All of this would be more bearable if the salary matched the cost of but there are no payrises. Pressure is high and morale is low throughout.
