The lack of efficiency and dealing with n’er-do-wells and at best mediocre employees that ironically “help” the unemployed when they can’t even help themselves… with a high turnover rate. It’s a bottom of the barrel type of existence on a ragged hamster wheel. Avoid if you don’t want more of a miserable existence.
