Where do I start? Constant Bullying from higher management Unrealistic targets They take customers on the programme that cannot work but still target you on them Customers are only seen as job starts and they don’t care about sustainability it’s about quick wins then they complain when that person falls out of work Higher management make out they listen but don’t and I think they are actually out of their depth Rather than credible solutions the company’s response is to put more pressure on people to get into work Cluster manager’s regularly come down and use bullying tactics to try and motivate a team and then wonder why performance is poor The amount of Advisors leaving far outweighs the number joining which says a lot

Where shall we start! EAs are the core hard workers of the company. Not Pms, Definitely not DM's and noone beyond! The EAs are constantly scrutinised for not meeting their target or job starts or referrals for workshops. So much pressure is put on them that a blind eye is turned when good people resign. EAs costantly threatened with performance plans. People being marched off premises. There is no personal development unless your of a 'special kind and being groomed'...Friendly with higher management, and are a Yes person. Everything has become money so where is the charity? People are going on long term sick which speaks for itself due to stress anxiety and mental health issues. So we care for our customers but what about the staff?? Well they don't matter So much promised at the roadshow and 0 delivered. People redundant again and again but what about those now carrying the business!! WAKE UP! And try to retain.
