      Fedgroup is a good environment to work in. those in senior management roles are accessible. While corporate culture exists, it is not severe.

      Cons

      Increases year on year are small. Bonus structure can be confusing. No clear career paths mapped out so career opportunities are foggy.

      Some good and talented people in the company but they are taken advantage of by certain managers.

      Cons

      Bad management, spontaneous, uninformed and unplanned decision making processes which leaves everybody fatigued and confused with the inability to do your job and grow in the company
