Pros
This company's got good infrastructure at a prime location in Ahmedabad. Good shift timings(2pm - 11 pm & 5:30/6:30 pm - 3:30/4:30 am)(10am - 7pm for billing only). Easy work process(Medical Billing) and easy interview process. Good salary for a day shift job. Every festival is celebrated.
Cons
Managers are very strict, rigid, arrogant, stubborn and not much flexible and also they get on your nerves very easily, they won't give you the consideration of a new employee and want you to be a know-it-all. They won't give you much chances for improvement. Instead of encouraging they discourage you by highlighting your negative aspects. No canteen. No barriers between the cubicles which is very distracting.
