Disorganised Unfair pay structure, people in Europe were paid far more than those in Africa Owner made multiple mistakes when setting my accounts up in the beginning that caused a lot of issues going forward

Pros

No micro-managing, you can work whenever you want to. There is enough time to deliver content.

Cons

You’re treated like a servant who isn’t allowed to give input or have any real interaction with the client. The payment for the work you do is extremely low, unacceptably low for any respectable professional. The hiring process is unnecessarily long, and frankly, not worth the wait. You’re better off doing almost anything else; babysit for one night and you’ll earn what some people make here in a month.
