      Pros

      There are no pros at all if you join all pros in your life will be deducted That's all I can say

      Cons

      No management No workflow Only data entry jobs they give in name of digital marketing in my opinion its not a corporate company too there is a head with zero knowledge treating graduates as slaves if you have a better choice go for that rather joining them this will be the worst decision of your life trust me.

      Pros

      Absolutely no pros. Only thing company brags about is of their pantry which is a mere 1 sq. ft x 1sq. ft where only 2 people can stand inside.

      Cons

      They can throw you out of the company once your job is over for them. If they will not throw you out then they will make you leave the company by cribbing foul on your performance going down blah blah. If it is your time to receive annual increment then they will use old tactics of telling about how your performance was not good etc. Other time they will praise you a lot so that you stay with them to complete their work. In short, this company management want their employees do their job within a year which they have been hired for and make sure that employees get out of company once that job is done. NO WASHROOMS INSIDE OFFICE. YOU WILL BE USING PUBLIC TOILETS. Saturdays are not off. Very limited leaves. Company calls itself a startup even after 7 years and probably will remain a startup forever.
