During COVID the partners decided that because there was a increase in people on sick leave the would cut paid sick days down to 5 a year. What a joke. of course there will be more people on sick days when there's a global pandemic, Would regularly have to work to 12pm to meet unrealistic deadlines. Told i would get pay rises which never came.
