Dead End Job

Pros

Some decent people and benefits, a reliable job if you simply show up and just do the bare minimum, and a stepping stone to something better.

Cons

Low pay and bonuses, laughable promotions, revolving door of workers, a lot of issues and drama between employees, a lack of proper management and rules causing a chaotic work environment, bad communication between departments causing many mistakes, dirty and cluttered warehouse, old equipment, overall indifferent attitude from just about everyone.

Cons

-Unprofessional behavior brought up to management is tolerated with the reasoning that it exists in every company -Current lack of awareness and infrastructural support for employees who are neurodivergent -Salary is significantly lower than comparable NH companies for the same experience level position, with the apparent assumption that asking for a raise is greed-driven, rather than driven by the need to meet the daily cost of living -There is a lack of support for employees with the desire to improve their skills in English in an environment with many non-Native speakers and where all instruction provided is in English -Unrelated to Felton, but the business park it is located in has limited options for child-care -Limited acknowledgment of consistent hard work leading to frustration in employees
