Fine for freshers but not for experienced people

Pros
This is not a company , it is an agency which provides manpower to companies like wipro, techm and other service based software companies. It has some inhouse projects but very less. It can give a start for freshers who don't have any skills they will train and put them for some service based companies. So again you have to prepare for those companies.
Cons
Very rare hikes, very bad management and doesn't think employees are humans. In simple words don't work here.
