Pros

Unique project and multi-cultural company. Good targets and spirit within some of the teams. Salary levels at Fennovoima are mostly competetive. Challenging and very interesting co-operation with plant vendor.

Cons

Upper management do not realize the size of the project and try to act as single point for all decisions and detailed technical or commercial matters. Strong mushroom management is both driven and supported by senior management of the company. Therefore, the experienced staff typically heads for new opportunities after 2-6 years of working.
