1. Industry low wages. Even if you have master degree they will pay minimum wage which is $17 per hour or $48k per annum. 2. Get ready to work more than 10 hours everyday without any overtime pay. Also, have to work at weekends sometimes and compulsory have to answer phone calls after working hours. 3. Miserable management. fermar do not have any organization chart, no proper method of reporting. anyone can report to anyone. safety people don't have any idea about safety stuff and hardly visit sites once in a year.
