Pros
The warehouse is very clean and the workers keep it that way.
Cons
Salary doesn't increase when you are better and know more about your job, You are on a minimal ware - everything else is a bonus non taxable. Bosses don't care about normal talks and don't care if you quit. Teamplay is non existent. They usually don't pay overtime but make you work for it.
