There is no pros in this company. All reviews they mentioned on Glassdoor is mentioned by management personnel and all are fake just show fake things to new employee.
Cons
All the management staff including owner is very much toxic in nature and always play politics with employee. Not giving proper salary range, PF, no increment, no bonus, no benefits and no future in this company
