      Everything has been clear and transparent from day one there is no micromanagement leadership is great they do show they care about people not only for the results given, but also as individuals.

      Overall good atmosphere. You can grow a lot with the amount of pressure

      Cons

      Low salary, constant micro management, unreasonable pressure and the workload is not proportional to the payment. Each PM has to take care of a lot of projects to be at least well evaluated.
