Pros

1. Modern Tech Stack: One of the positives here is their use of a really modern and robust tech stack. This means you'll have the opportunity to work with cutting-edge technologies and tools, which is great for staying in the industry. 2. Abundant Learning Opportunities: They offer plenty of chances to learn and grow. It's a good environment if you're eager to expand your skill set and knowledge base. 3. Talented Team: The team here is made up of talented and collaborative individuals. Working alongside such people creates a supportive and stimulating atmosphere. You can expect to engage in meaningful discussions and benefit from diverse perspectives.

Cons

1. Declining Company Culture: Lately, there's been a noticeable decline in company culture. Changes in management or direction may have contributed to this, but the result is a less cohesive workplace environment. It's something to consider if a strong company culture is important to you. 2. Lack of Revenue Generation: A significant concern is the company's struggle to generate revenue. This raises questions about their long-term financial stability and growth prospects. It's natural to feel uneasy about job security and the company's ability to sustain itself. 3. Restrictive Leave Policy: The leave policy here isn't very employee-friendly. It is quite restrictive, potentially affecting your work-life balance. This is particularly important to think about if you value flexibility in managing your time outside of work. 4. Absence of Appraisals and Bonuses: Many of us have not received year-end bonuses and/or pay raises. This lack of recognition and reward for hard work is demotivating. It's important to feel valued and appreciated for your contributions, and the absence of appraisals and bonuses can impact job satisfaction. 5. Silent Firing: There have been instances where employees were let go without much explanation or transparency, leading to uncertainty and stress among the team.

Pros

I think the founders and Managers have a great sales pitch and nothing more.

Cons

1. The founders have no good skills to run the company, their past at Google is just a showoff, and they are really bad at work. 2. Managers are toothless, they are often clueless about how to get the delivery done. 3. The HR team is really bad, no employee even feels like they will address their problems, they are just present to save the company 4. they always say they are the No 1 fintech company in the country but honestly they are the last one
