Cons
Terrible office politics. Very low incentives (just 3% of your basic pay) will be given to you YEARLY!? HR will ask for performance eval but some managers will not work on it that's why you will not receive merit increase. Labor relations are USELESS. HR needs to improve on employee engagement. HR head is hard to reach. Only email is the means of communication. HRIS is unreliable and will result to salary dispute.
