If you're considering joining this company, I highly recommend rethinking your decision or at least having a backup plan in place. From my experience, the environment is the peak of toxicity. Employees are expected to work 12-hour shifts, often without breaks or concern for work-life balance.
The management, especially the boss/manager, is incredibly difficult to work with, displaying a short temper and a bloated ego that makes every interaction stressful. Constructive feedback or discussions are non-existent, and if you voice any concerns, you're likely to face hostility.
Be cautious of the positive reviews you might see—they're either forced or paid. The reality of working here is very different from what those fake reviews would have you believe.
