Pathetic management. Received no support. A lot of unnecessary deductions in salary structure. Horrible leaders - Uday and Hasheem. They have no courtesy towards employees. Only expect to work like a donkey. No good clients. No feedback on time and only niche skills. No job security.

1) Fidelis is a consultancy service which hires people to work on other companies while taking a huge pay cut our of employee's salary. 2) No transparency 3) No increment nor any appraisals 4) Fidelis heavily underpays compared to the standard market. 5) No bonuses, no gifts on festivals 6) No shift allowances 7) No incentives 8) No honesty from HR or upper management
