Pros

Business has some strong key brands as clients.

Cons

*More interested in PR and their ‘interventions’ strategy doesn’t drive sales. *Senior Management not decision makers and do not take feedback to HO *KPIs not aligned with the client- field executives measured on perception rather than sales results *Terrible blame culture *Two management roles: ASM & RSM- same role, different size territories- ASM paid significantly less although managing more turnover and 3/4 times number of locations *RDEs expected to cover up to 11/12 calls in a day sometimes with drive times not monitored and expectations for blitz displays/activities not planned with enough time.

Pros

There are many opportunities to develop in the business through many different avenues if you put yourself out there and showcase the good job you're doing. They are always changing which opens up new career progression opportunities. Working closely with the client to support both businesses.

Cons

It is down to the individual to showcase themselves, but doesn't hold you back from succeeding
