      The people trying to stop the place going down in flames

      Cons

      Absolutely no managerial accountability. Top management are a joke. Bleeding money, with no staff knowing budgets, and the most toxic culture I have ever worked in. An absolute joke.

      Pros

      Very few . You may get to learn a few things on the job as you are forced to do everything even if it is no where close to your field of expertise.

      Cons

      A Lot . Execs tend to change their minds every 5 seconds. Unbelievable amount of internal politics. Lack of skilled people . Pay is well below average . Extremely toxic culture.

      Very diverse interesting work, never know what the week will bring.

      Cons

      No delegation down, and very busy management. If you can't drag a c suite person into a room, you can't get it done. Lots of departmental infighting
