Management is so uninvolved and doesn't know what's actually happening, they basically leave you alone

Constant rounds of layoffs, extremely poor financial planning Management doesn't understand the product, or how it actually works, and makes seemingly random decisions based on current whims. People constantly quitting, including just after joining, once they realize what's actually going on here Founders have quit the company
